“Very cute property. Love the idea. Rented a cabin, very comfortable. Definitely not meant to stick around in all day and relax but perfect for a short weekend with the intention of exploring the mountains. Our only ‘issue’ was that you can only get about 2 minutes of hot water and it took quite a while to hear back up for my partner to get a quick rinse in. Not really a super big issue if you’re prepared but a little alarming halfway through a shampoo. Overall, we’d consider this place again.”

“Horrible, we arrived early asked if room was ready, they had no one to check us in for early arrival, which was not that big of a deal, we asked to sit in lobby out of scorching heat with our severely disabled daughter ( on machine and in diapers) while we waited. Was told NO, you have to wait outside, lobby was open. I explained our daughter and still a big fat No. Finally was able to check in and they gave our king mobility suite away, which we booked and paid for a month in advance. They...

“The staff was great, but the new owners were present and they were pitching in helping the staff with the facility. There are a few issues, but they are working very hard at fixing all of the things that need to be fixed and very willing to address any issues we had. Winslow was a charming small town with a wonderful restaurant called Relic Road. Stop and see it on your travels.”

“Struttura nuova, bella esteticamente con camera ampia e letto comodo. Molto scomodo e penalizzante però in bagno la ventola di areazione sempre accesa, anche di notte che crea rumore anche con la porta chiusa. Una assurdità non poterla spengere! Comoda l’ubicazione proprio ad una uscita della strada 40. Colazione non male se si apprezza la colazione americana dove sarebbe opportuno comunque avere frutta non acerba e quindi mangiabile! ”

The morning guy the next day was everything I would have expected, well groomed, welcoming and cheerful. 180 degrees difference which colored our experience. The hotel is somewhat dated but the room was comfortable and clean”
